SMS Terms & Conditions

Our texting program

My Fearless Bookkeeper (Fearless Bookkeeping) sends informational texts to customers who choose to receive them. Messages include appointment reminders, account and service updates, and document-request reminders. This program does not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you agree to receive texts

To opt in on our contact page, enter your phone number, select the optional SMS consent checkbox, and submit the form. The checkbox is not selected in advance. By opting in, you agree to these SMS terms and confirm that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

You can submit an inquiry and purchase services without agreeing to SMS. Providing a phone number or accepting our Privacy Policy alone does not constitute SMS consent. We keep a record of the consent submitted through our form.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, account activity, and service needs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider about those charges. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; messages may be delayed or not delivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any of our texts to end your participation. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which we will not send further program texts unless you opt in again. You may also withdraw consent by contacting our office.

Reply HELP for assistance, or call or email the care contact below. Tell us if you give up or change your phone number so we can update our records.

Privacy and sensitive information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and protect SMS consent data. We do not share mobile numbers or texting consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Texts are for coordination and service updates. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank account details, or tax documents by text. Contact our office for a secure way to provide those records.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date. We will obtain new consent when a change requires it; revising these terms does not automatically authorize additional kinds of messages.
