Overview
Most owners around here come to us after one of two seasons. Either tax season caught them flat-footed, or they tried to keep up in a spreadsheet for a year and the spreadsheet won. Bookkeeping with Fearless fixes both. We close out every month inside QuickBooks Online so the books never get more than 30 days behind, and you stop dreading Sunday nights.
Who it fits
Whether you are a freelancer who needs Schedule C-ready books, a contractor running job-cost reports out of Vickery or Polo Fields, a startup preparing for a funding round, or an established Forsyth or Cherokee County business looking for a tighter back office, the services below cover what you need. Pick one. Pick four. Or hand us the whole back office.
How it works
What working with a Cumming-based bookkeeper actually looks like in practice: a single point of contact who knows your business by name, not a ticket number. A monthly close packet delivered by the 10th of the following month, every month, without you having to remind us. A response inside 24 hours when you email a question. And a real-person phone number ((470) 681-6805) that actually rings someone who can help, not a routing maze.
Software
We are a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor firm, which gives us subscription pricing we pass through to clients (typically a 15% discount versus what you would pay direct), priority support escalation when QuickBooks itself misbehaves, and continuous access to product updates and best practices straight from Intuit. For Cumming clients running QuickBooks Desktop or considering a switch from Wave, FreshBooks, Xero, or spreadsheets, we run the migration as part of onboarding.
Services
The bookkeeping services we offer span the full lifecycle. New businesses get QuickBooks setup, chart of accounts design, and a clean foundation that scales. Businesses with messy books from a prior year (or a prior bookkeeper) get cleanup work that brings the file back to audit-ready before monthly bookkeeping starts. Established businesses with clean foundations get monthly bookkeeping (the core), plus payroll, A/P, A/R, sales tax, and 1099 prep as needed. Growing businesses approaching the next size tier get cash flow management, financial reporting, and fractional controller services to layer on top of the bookkeeping foundation.
Industries
Industries we work with most often around Forsyth and Cherokee County: construction and trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, roofing) where job costing matters; consultants, agencies, and other professional service businesses where billable time and project profitability drive the books; specialty retail and e-commerce where inventory and multi-channel sales (Shopify, eBay, in-store) require a real integration stack; faith-based and nonprofit organizations where designated funds and contribution accounting matter. We also work with Cumming-area freelancers and side-hustlers who just need clean books for a Schedule C return at year-end. We are not the right fit for attorneys, healthcare practices, or dental practices.
Pricing
Pricing is transparent and right-sized. Bookkeeping starts at $375 a month, with higher monthly plans based on transaction volume, payroll, A/P, A/R, inventory, project accounting, or multi-entity complexity. Every engagement is quoted as a fixed monthly fee after a free diagnostic call so you know what you are paying upfront. Our pricing page breaks down the plan options before you book.
Meeting style
Service area: Fearless Bookkeeping is a home-based Cumming firm serving clients across the broader north metro: Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming, Dawsonville, Suwanee, Johns Creek, Buford, Roswell, Canton, Woodstock, Ball Ground, and surrounding Forsyth and Cherokee County communities. Most engagements run remotely. Monthly in-person meetings are available by appointment when they are useful, but clients who need fully in-person support every time will not work well with our firm.
